All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT - except postage which is shown net of VAT. Ex VAT prices can be viewed by clicking on an individual product. All prices may be subject to change without notice.
Communitech reserves the right to amend prices or products whenever necessary due to changing circumstances.
VAT Communitech is VAT registered - our VAT number is 882 104 535. Prices shown on the web site and inclusive of VAT except postage which is shown excluding VAT.
VAT is chargeable on all goods and services we provide in the Uk. Exports to non-EU countries are not charged VAT. VAT will be charged on exports to EU countries unless a VAT number is provided at time of ordering.
Although it may seem strange, it is in fact the law that VAT must be charged on all postage and packing charges.
Payment All payments must be made at time of purchase with a credit or debit card using our secure on line payment system.
Delivery Orders received before 2pm will normally be sent out on the same day. Please place all orders as early as possible in the day.
Delivery charges are calculated by region and the weight of your order.
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail or DHL 48 hour service. This a reliable high quality trackable service.
European orders are sent by DHL Europack which is a fully trackable 3 day service, except for remote regions which may take up to 6 days.
Outside Europe orders up to 2 Kg are sent by Royal Mail International Signed for service. Orders above 2 Kg are sent by DHL international service. Delivery times vary according to region, but are normally 3-6 days.
Your account It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their account details are up-to-date and correct. Communitech cannot accept responsibility for orders sent to an old / incorrect address that you have not updated via your account or for changes to an address that you have not informed us about.
Returns If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return any item, for a full refund or credit within 14 days of purchase. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you intend to do this. You will need to return the item at your own expense, securely packaged. Items returned that are opened or damaged cannot be refunded.
Damaged Goods Goods damaged in transit must be reported to Communitech and the carrier within 3 days of receipt.
Faulty Goods Any such goods may of course be returned for a full refund or credit. Communitech will pay any postage charges incurred by the customer. Please notify Communitech within 7 days of any faulty goods received.
