Existing customers - please log in, this will make ordering easier and allow you to check or amend all your details online.
New customers - please browse the site. However, to actually buy goods, you will have to register. It will only take a short time to register and will give you access to all areas of the site and of course allow you to log in for future visits, check previous orders etc.
Buying:
Or shopping cart is one of the most user friendly around. You can order items, view other items, check your basket, view previous orders and update your account at any time, by simply clicking what you need.
1 . Click on 'buy' for any product you wish to buy. The window will change showing your shopping cart and its contents.
2. If you wish to buy more than one of any particular item, click on the item once. When the shopping basket window appears, highlight the number in the quantity box and type in the quantity you wish. Click 'update'.
3. You can shop from different areas of the site before going to the checkout.
4. Check the contents of your basket at any time, by clicking the 'cart contents' button on the top right.
5. You can remove any or all of the items in your basket at any time by clicking on the 'remove' box and then clicking update.
6. Once you have made all your purchases click ‘checkout’ and follow the instructions.
7. You will need to create your own account. This is a simple process and allows you greater control of your on line ordering. With your own account you can view previous orders and change your billing and or delivery address whenever you wish. Please ensure your delivery and billing addresses are as you want them as we cannot accept responsibility for orders sent to old / incorrect address that you have not updated.
PLEASE NOTE that you are no longer able to purchase equipment and register for seminars at the same time. Should you wish to register and pay for a seminar, please go to the seminar link. This will take you to a separate part of the site with its own shopping cart and payment process.
Order Confirmation On receipt of your order you will receive an email titled Communitech - Order Confirmation. This will show clearly the items you have ordered and prices. This email will clearly indicate if any item is currently out of stock and when it is due to arrive with us.
Delivery Orders received before 2pm will normally be sent out on the same day. Please place all orders as early as possible in the day to ensure same day despatch.
Delivery charges are calculated by region and the weight of your order.
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Signed For or by courier.
European orders are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For or DHL Europack which is a fully trackable 3 day service.
Outside Europe parcels are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For or DHL
There is a £1.50 packing charge on all orders.
Credit card payments: All credit card transactions are fully secure and are checked by our secure payment provider Secpay and Bank of Scotland Merchant services.
Cheque payments: Cheque payments cannot be accepted over the internet. If you wish to pay by cheque please call our office and we will be happy to process the order for you.
Please note that goods can only be sent once the cheque has been received.
